The India New Zealand Business Council is hosting its 2014 Summit and Gala Dinner at the Pullman hotel on the 8th of July.
“2014 marks 25 years of the India New Zealand Business Council. To celebrate all those years of trade relationships and development we are hosting a summit and gala dinner," said Sunil Kaushal, Chairman of INZBC.
The India New Zealand Business Council works to create and strengthen business relationships between India and New Zealand. This year the council has hosted several business workshops and symposiums.
The summit and dinner will be a culmination of previous events held throughout the year, and will bring together policy makers, industry experts and members of the business community.
The overriding themes of the seminars will be “Business Beyond Barriers,” says Sunil Kaushal. “Business Beyond Barriers will bring together some of New Zealand's and India's most senior business figures to debate what the likely new opportunities and challenges will be for Kiwi businesses wanting to do business in India.”
The Summit will run from 8am to 3pm and will consist of three symposiums, each based on engaging topics and presented by industry experts. The symposium themes are Innovation, Strategic Ventures and Sustainable Growth and will be presented by notable speakers, including Clayton Kimpton from NZTE, John Monaghan of Fonterra, The Honourable Steven Joyce, Minister of Economic Development, Science and Innovation, Andrew Paykel of Fisher and Paykel and Tim Ng from Treasury, amongst others.
Following the Summit, the INZBC will host a gala dinner from 6.30pm in the Princess Room at the Pullman Hotel. Guests will include policy makers and industry experts.
It's a day and night of networking, business development and celebration. For registrations and to find out more, visit www.inzbcbusinesssummit.org.
