Financial services company Debitsuccess is expanding its Auckland-based operations and pursuing more international business following another strong year of growth.
Debitsuccess’ CEO, Craig Marshall said the last 12 months has seen unprecedented growth for the company, which saw it secure several high profile new clients and record its highest number of new accounts registered in one calendar year.
Marshall says the surge in new business has demanded an increase in call centre capacity from 60 to 80 seats – twice what it was three years ago – and has prompted the company to secure prominent new premises in Auckland's Northcote which can accommodate a future call centre staff count of 150.
He says the company is also now in discussions with businesses in Indonesia, India and the USA about providing e-commerce services for the growing number of online businesses in these countries.
Locally, Debitsuccess is in discussion with representatives from councils and government departments about offering rates collection services through a subscription model.
“While the majority of our business still comes from the health and fitness sector, we are strategically targeting new and different sectors that could benefit from our experience and reliability in providing e-commerce services to small, medium and large businesses,” says Marshall.
