"It's very exciting to have such high calibre people joining the Better by Design coaching team. To succeed internationally and stay ahead of competitors, New Zealand businesses need to be constantly innovating, and these coaches will be instrumental in enabling companies to use design to transform," comments Better by Design Director Suzie Marsden.
NZTE’s Better by Design programme helps companies deeply understand the changing needs of their customers so they can add value and grow their sales and profit by design, not by chance. They do this by taking a coach not consulting approach to build the company’s own capability to take on more complex challenges as their design confidence grows.
Better by Design is currently working with around 60 New Zealand companies and those who have already benefited from the programme include Gallagher and Les Mills.
